In all seriousness, John will be heading off for training here Real Soon Now, and that leaves me on my own for about a month. John has some concerns, I think, although this isn’t the same as a deployment, and he’s got some right to worry.
I tend to isolate when I’m depressed or lonely. I tend to draw into my shell, interacting mostly with folks online or with the dogs. So, I need to find a way to modify my behaviours so that I don’t engage in BadSelfThink, or let my insecurities get the better of me.
Hmmm. Guess that’ll be on my mind.
